Business Development Executive

The role is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for solar inverters and Adani Solar DCR/Non-DCR modules within the assigned territory. It involves developing and managing strong relationships with EPCs, developers, installers, and channel partners while identifying new business opportunities across residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and government segments. 

The position requires a balance of sales execution, market intelligence, and technical understanding to support customers in product selection, close deals effectively, and ensure smooth order execution and collections. Additionally, the role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, tracking market trends, and contributing to overall business strategy.

Must Have

  • Qualification: MBA / B-Tech / Other 
  • 2–5 years of field sales experience
  • Strong in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Proactive, target-driven, and ready for field travel
  • Market Knowledge 

Nice to have

  • Good communication skills – Hindi, English + local language
  • Additional languages
