Key Responsibilities:
The role involves conducting research and development activities focused on solar inverters used in residential, commercial, and EPC solar projects. Responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating inverter performance, efficiency, and reliability to enhance system output and operational stability. The position requires performing testing, validation, troubleshooting, and technical assessments of various inverter models and configurations, while also studying and implementing new inverter technologies, firmware updates, and advanced features available in the solar market.
Additionally, the role includes preparing technical reports, performance analyses, and documentation related to inverter testing and R&D activities. Collaboration with engineering, project execution, service teams, inverter manufacturers, and vendors is essential for resolving technical issues, evaluating products, and providing feedback. The candidate will also support inverter selection, compatibility checks, system integration, and the optimization of inverter performance, system efficiency, and fault detection mechanisms. Furthermore, the role involves developing installation and maintenance guidelines, monitoring industry trends and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate records of R&D findings, test results, and technical improvements related to inverter systems.
Responsibilities

Must Have
- Electrical / Electronics Engineering degree
- Solar inverter systems knowledge
- Inverter testing & troubleshooting experience
- Performance analysis and technical reporting
Solar system integration understanding
Nice to have
- Experience with different inverter brands
Hybrid inverter or energy storage system knowledge
- Solar monitoring / SCADA knowledge
