Outward Executive

We are looking for an Outward Executive to manage dispatch documentation, shipment coordination, and outbound logistics for finished goods. You will ensure customer orders are packed, documented, and shipped accurately and on time, while also handling returns and reverse logistics, which means this role has a direct impact on customer experience and on-time delivery performance.
You will be working against real deadlines most days, coordinating between production output, transporters, and customer expectations, so the ability to stay organized under time pressure is important. This role works closely with production and logistics partners to keep the outbound flow smooth, and requires clear, proactive communication when delays or issues come up. It reports into the Warehouse function and offers good exposure to logistics and customer-facing coordination for someone looking to build a career in supply chain or operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare shipment documentation and packing lists for outbound orders
- Coordinate dispatch of finished goods to customers as per schedule
- Manage returns and reverse logistics processes
- Coordinate with production for dispatch readiness and priorities
- Maintain outward stock and dispatch records
Must Have
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse/outward-dispatch operations
- Diploma/B.Tech
- Familiarity with shipment documentation processes
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of logistics/transport processes
Nice to have
- Experience with logistics/courier coordination
- Exposure to ERP-based dispatch systems
- Customer-facing dispatch coordination experience
- Experience handling reverse logistics/returns
